Olivier Pouligny is a former high-level athlete (1st rugby division, France Militaire team). After achieving Advanced Business studies, he dedicated his entire career to Umanis. He started his career as a Sales Engineer in 1993 and became Managing Director in 2008.
Eric Delafontenelle is an engineer from EFREI and a former high-level athlete (1st rugby division and “under 21” international team), He joined Umanis in 1995 as a BI engineer. From 2006 to 2016 he was head of Technical Management, including Consulting and Delivery. He is now in charge of Consulting and Research&Development activities.
Olivier Jolly graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon and started his career at Ernst & Young. He joined Neurones in 1999 where he worked as Administrative and Financial Director for over 10 years. In 2010, he joined Voyages-sncf.com as Financial Director, then the Twenga start-up in 2015. Since 2018, Olivier Jolly has been supporting Umanis’ growth and development plan as Administrative and Financial Director.
After an MBA in Management (HEC Montréal), Emmanuel Brinquin created his own service company for the re-integration into employment of injured workers. Over the next 10 years, he then held various Sales responsibilities at Devoteam, Alten and Akka. In 2012, he took over the management of Regions at Helice. Following the merger with Umanis in 2016, he has become Umanis’ Director of Sales in charge of the Regions.
Graduated from the University Polytechnic School of Montpellier, he took part in the creation of the Umanis Contact Center in 1999, of which he became Director in 2009. In 2016, he became Head of Desktop Services with the main objective of developing all Managed Services.
Jérôme Borecki is also in charge of the offshore business in Casablanca with the objectives of improving its efficiency, optimizing its processes and making it become a lever for controlling structural costs.
A graduate from the “Institut Supérieur Européen de Formation en Alternance et Continue” (ISEFAC), Eve Royer began her career as Human Resources Manager at Imation. From 2001 to 2010, she was Head of Recruitment & Mobility at Assystem France, then joined Akka Technologie in 2011 as Director of Recruitment France. Subsequently, Eve Royer joined Bull SA as Director of HR Development, becoming thereafter Director of Human Resources at Atos France, prior to taking up the position of Group HR Mobility Director and Group HR Transformation Director at Atos International.
In 2018, she was appointed Director of Human Resources of Umanis.
After a master's degree in computer science and statistics, Nicolas Manac'h joined Umanis in 2000 as a decision-making consultant. He became project manager in 2003 and project director in 2007.
He has been Director of Delivery since 2013 and is responsible for flat-rate commitments, production in service centers, pre-sales and industrialization offers.
Nicolas is a Graduate from EPITA. In 2013 he joins the Sales Leadership Program of the Cranfield University (UK) School of Management. After 10 years with publishers like Oracle and SAP he joins Umanis in January 2019 as Director of Sales- Île de France.
A graduate from NEOMA Business School in Reims, Cyril began his career as Business Account Manager at Dun & Bradstreet, then at De la Rue Cash Systems. In 1999, he joined ESN Steria as Marketing Manager, then SCC in 2004 as Marketing & Communication Director. From 2012 to 2019, Cyril held the position of Communication Deputy Chairman at GFI Informatique before joining Umanis in 2019 as Marketing & Communication Director and a Member of CoDir.
