Europstat, which became Umanis in 2000, was created in 1990 by Laurent Piepszownik, the group’s current CEO. The company, originally specialising in statistical analysis, expanded quickly into the field of database design and Business Intelligence applications. By the end of the 1990s, Umanis had become a leader in this field.

In 1993, Umanis Clinical Research came into being. The group’s CRO capitalised on its recognised skills in data, regulatory reporting and in-depth statistical analysis (biostatistics). Umanis Managed Services, now known as Call one, was created in 2000 and completed the CRM activity for the management of multi-channel contacts. In 2011, Umanis acquired the Information Technology Consulting company Aura in order to complete its offering, particularly in terms of infrastructure facility management.

The Umanis group now represents more than 1,000 people offering quality services to medium and large structures. More than 75% of companies listed on the CAC 40 have placed their trust in us.
